of <h1>Rajasthan waives late fees over Rs. 250 for GSTR-10 filed between Sept 22 and Dec 31, 2020, u/s 128.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has issued a notification waiving the late fee exceeding two hundred and fifty rupees for registered persons who fail to submit their FORM GSTR-10 by the due date. This waiver applies to those who file their returns between September 22, 2020, and December 31, 2020. This decision is made under the powers granted by section 128 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following recommendations from the Council.
