of <h1>Tamil Nadu GST Act Amendment Extends Compliance Deadline to November 30, 2020, u/s 168A.</h1> The Government of Tamil Nadu has amended a previous notification related to the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, issued under the authority of section 168A, extends the deadline for completing or complying with certain actions specified under section 171 of the Act. Originally, these actions were to be completed between March 20, 2020, and November 29, 2020. The amendment now extends this deadline to November 30, 2020. This change is made following recommendations by the Council.
