of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Exempts Foreign Airlines from FORM GSTR-9C; New Submission Requirements Apply by September 30.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has issued Notification No. 08/2020, exempting foreign airlines from submitting the reconciliation statement in FORM GSTR-9C under the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This exemption applies to foreign airline companies registered under section 381 of the Companies Act, 2013, and compliant with rule 4 of the Companies (Registration of Foreign Companies) Rules, 2014. Instead, these companies must submit a statement of receipts and payments for their Indian operations, authenticated by a practicing Chartered Accountant in India, by September 30th of the following financial year.
