of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Sets June 30, 2020, as Start Date for Sections 2 and 13 of GST Amendment Act 2020.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has designated June 30, 2020, as the effective date for the implementation of Sections 2 and 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020. This decision was formalized under G.O.Ms.No.280, issued by the Revenue Department (Commercial Taxes-II) on September 25, 2020. The notification was authorized by the Special Chief Secretary to the Government, exercising the powers granted by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the said Act.
