of <h1>Jharkhand GST Fifth Amendment Rules 2020 Effective Retroactively from June 8 via Notification No. 44/2020.</h1> The Jharkhand government has designated June 8, 2020, as the commencement date for the provisions of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2020. This decision was formalized through Notification No. 44/2020 - State Tax, issued on September 4, 2020, under the authority of section 164 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, is effective retroactively from June 8, 2020, and was authorized by the Secretary of the Commercial Taxes Department.
