of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Reconstitutes GST Advance Ruling Authority u/s 96, Rule 103; New Members Appointed for Central and State Tax.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has reconstituted the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling under the GST framework, as per the powers granted by Section 96 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and Rule 103 of the corresponding rules. The reconstituted authority includes a Member for Central Tax, an Additional Commissioner from the CGST Audit Commissionerate, Visakhapatnam Zone, and a Member for State Tax, an Additional Commissioner from the Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Vijayawada. The authority will operate from the Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax in Vijayawada.
