of <h1>Puducherry Implements Section 10 of GST Amendment Act 2020 on September 1, Announced by Finance Secretary.</h1> The Government of Puducherry, through the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, has issued a notification under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020. The Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry has appointed September 1, 2020, as the effective date for the implementation of section 10 of this Act. This decision is made under the authority granted by clause (ii) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act. The notification was issued by the Secretary to Government (Finance).
