of <h1>Jharkhand amends GST Notification No. 46/2020 to change key dates; amendment effective retroactively from June 27, 2020.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand has amended Notification No. 46/2020-State Tax, dated September 4, 2020, under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the dates mentioned in the original notification from '29th day of June, 2020' to '30th day of August, 2020' and from '30th day of June, 2020' to '31st day of August, 2020.' This amendment is retroactively effective from June 27, 2020, as per the order issued by the Secretary of the Commercial Taxes Department.
