of <h1>Chhattisgarh Tax Notification Amends Deadline from July 15 to August 31, 2020, u/s 148 of GST Act.</h1> The Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department issued Notification No. 59/2020 to amend Notification No. 21/2019-State Tax. This amendment, effective from July 13, 2020, changes the deadline in the third paragraph, first proviso, from July 15, 2020, to August 31, 2020. The amendment is made under the authority granted by section 148 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following recommendations from the council.
