of <h1>Rajasthan GST Act Amendment Extends Compliance Deadline to November 30, 2020, for Actions Due Since March 20.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan's Finance Department issued a notification amending a previous notification from May 18, 2020, under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from September 4, 2020, extends the time limit for completion or compliance of actions specified or notified under section 171 of the Act. If such actions were due between March 20, 2020, and November 29, 2020, and have not been completed, the deadline is now extended to November 30, 2020. This decision follows recommendations from the Council.
