of <h1>Nagaland GST Rules: Exemption for Dynamic QR Code on Invoices for Certain Businesses with Turnover Over Rs. 500 Crore.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, has issued a notification exempting certain registered persons from the requirement of capturing a dynamic QR code on invoices. This applies to registered persons with an annual turnover exceeding five hundred crore rupees, excluding those specified in certain sub-rules of rule 54 and section 14 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification specifies that if a dynamic QR code is provided digitally, the invoice will be considered compliant. This notification supersedes a previous one and is effective from October 1, 2020.
