of <h1>Odisha GST Amendment Act 2019 Section 10 Effective from September 1, 2020, per Finance Department Notification.</h1> The Government of Odisha, through its Finance Department, has announced that section 10 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019, will be effective from September 1, 2020. This decision is made under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the said Amendment Act. The notification, numbered 24291-FIN-CT1-TAX-0039/2019, was issued on August 31, 2020, by order of the Governor and communicated by the Special Secretary to the Government.
