of <h1>Gujarat Implements Section 10 of GST Amendment Act 2019 Effective September 1, 2020, via Notification 63/2020.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has issued a notification, under the authority of the Finance Department, to bring into effect section 10 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019, starting from September 1, 2020. This decision is made under the powers granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019. The notification, numbered 63/2020-State Tax, was dated August 31, 2020, and was issued by the Under Secretary to the Government on behalf of the Governor of Gujarat.
