of <h1>Gujarat Amends GST Notification: New Appointments for State Tax and CGST Commissioners Effective September and December 2019.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has amended Notification No. (GHN-79)GST-2017-R123(1)-TH, dated 7th September 2017, under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The amendment involves replacing existing clauses with new ones, appointing the Additional Commissioner of State Tax (Establishment and Vigilance) for Gujarat State effective from 11th September 2019, and the Additional Commissioner (Technical) for CGST Ahmedabad North effective from 20th December 2019. This notification is issued by the Finance Department and authorized by the Under Secretary to the Government.
