of <h1>Rajasthan Amends GST Notification: Development Rights Supply Exemption Effective from April 1, 2019, Notified by Finance Department.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has issued an amendment to Notification No. F.12(56)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-II-169, dated January 25, 2018, under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from October 1, 2019, specifies that the original notification does not apply to development rights supplied on or after April 1, 2019. This change is made following the recommendations of the Council and is formalized by the Finance Department's Tax Division.
