Assam Forms New Anti-profiteering Screening Committee Under GST Rule 2017; Supersedes 2019 Notification.

The Government of Assam has issued a notification constituting the Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the state under the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017. The committee will include an Additional or Joint Commissioner from Central GST, Guwahati, and an Additional or Joint Commissioner of State tax, Assam. This notification supersedes the previous notification dated 30th December 2019 and takes effect from its publication date in the Official Gazette.
