of <h1>Assam Extends GSTR-3B Filing Deadlines for May 2020; New Dates Set for Different Turnover Thresholds.</h1> The Government of Assam has issued a notification extending the due date for filing FORM GSTR-3B for supplies made in May 2020. Taxpayers with an aggregate turnover exceeding 5 crore rupees in the previous financial year must file electronically by June 27, 2020. Those with a turnover up to 5 crore rupees must file by July 14, 2020. This amendment to the previous notification is authorized under section 168 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and is effective from April 3, 2020. The notification was issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, Assam.
