This amendment involves the insertion of an explanation for the term 'bus body building' in the notification. The explanation clarifies that 'bus body building' includes constructing a body on the chassis of any vehicle classified under chapter 87 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. This change is made under the authority of section 11(3) of the Rajasthan GST Act, following recommendations from the Council.
