Specifically, serial number 187 in Schedule I (2.5%) is removed; Schedule II (6%) introduces a new entry 75A for all goods, while serial numbers 202 and 203 are omitted; and Schedule III (9%) omits serial number 73 and modifies entry 379 to apply to all goods.
