of <h1>Rajasthan GST Second Amendment: Sections 2 and 12 Enforced from June 30, 2020, per Ordinance No 07 of 2020.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan's Finance Department issued a notification stating that, under the powers granted by the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2020, the provisions of sections 2 and 12 of the ordinance are to be enforced starting from June 30, 2020. This decision was formalized by the Joint Secretary to the Government, as per the ordinance identified as Ordinance No 07 of 2020.
