of <h1>Rajasthan Government Implements Section 11 of GST Second Amendment Ordinance, Effective May 18, 2020.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan, through its Finance Department (Tax Division), has issued a notification regarding the enforcement of section 11 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2020. Utilizing the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Ordinance, the State Government has designated May 18, 2020, as the effective date for the implementation of section 11. This notification was issued by the Joint Secretary to the Government on July 6, 2020.
