of <h1>Delhi GST Order Extends Annual Return Filing Deadline to January 31, 2020, Addressing Technical Issues u/s 44.</h1> The Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Tenth Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2019, addresses technical issues faced by taxpayers in filing their annual returns electronically for the financial year ending March 31, 2018. Under section 44 of the Delhi GST Act, 2017, registered persons are required to submit these returns by December 31. Due to the difficulties, the deadline has been extended to January 31, 2020. This order, issued by the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, aims to facilitate compliance with the GST Act provisions.
