of <h1>Rajasthan GST Amendment 2020: EVC Allowed for GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 Filings by Companies Until September 30.</h1> The Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Sixth Amendment) Rules, 2020, effective from May 27, 2020, amends the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The amendment allows registered persons under the Companies Act, 2013, to submit their returns in FORM GSTR-3B and details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 using an electronic verification code (EVC) during the specified periods from April 21, 2020, to September 30, 2020, and from May 27, 2020, to September 30, 2020, respectively.
