of <h1>Tripura GST Act extends refund rejection order deadline due to COVID-19, effective from March 20, 2020.</h1> The Government of Tripura, under the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has extended the time limit for issuing orders related to the rejection of refund claims due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For cases where notices for rejection were issued and the deadline for order issuance fell between March 20, 2020, and June 29, 2020, the deadline is extended to either 15 days after receiving a reply from the registered person or June 30, 2020, whichever is later. This notification is effective from March 20, 2020, as ordered by the Governor.
