of <h1>Tamil Nadu Amends GST Filing Deadlines: New Dates for GSTR-3B Returns Based on Turnover.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax in Tamil Nadu has issued amendments to Notification No. 7/2020 under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments specify that taxpayers with an aggregate turnover exceeding 5 crore rupees in the previous financial year must submit their GSTR-3B returns for May 2020 electronically by 27th June 2020. Taxpayers with a turnover up to 5 crore rupees, based in Tamil Nadu, must file by 12th July 2020. These changes are effective from 3rd April 2020.
