of <h1>Tamil Nadu GST Annual Return Deadline for 2018-2019 Extended to June 30, 2020 per Section 44 and Rule 80.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has extended the deadline for submitting the annual return for the financial year 2018-2019. The deadline, originally set under section 44 of the TGST Act and rule 80 of the TGST Rules, is now extended to June 30, 2020. This extension is issued following the recommendations of the Council and is effective from March 23, 2020.
