of <h1>Mizoram State Tax Notification Amended: Key Changes to Business Terms and Tax Pre-Deposit Requirements.</h1> The corrigendum to Notification No. 3/2019-State Tax dated February 22, 2019, issued by the Government of Mizoram, includes several amendments. On page 5, line 27, the term 'business verticals' is replaced with 'places of business.' In line 35, the note regarding registration suspension is amended to indicate that the suspension is revoked. On page 11, paragraph 28, line 8, the requirement for a 'pre-deposit of 20% of the disputed admitted tax' is changed to 'pre-deposit of 20% of the disputed tax.' These changes were authorized by the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department.
