of <h1>Mizoram Extends GST CMP-08 Filing Deadline for April-June 2019 Quarter to July 31, 2019, u/s 148.</h1> The Government of Mizoram has issued an amendment to its previous notification No. 21/2019 regarding State Tax, dated May 9, 2019. Under the authority of section 148 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the amendment introduces a proviso in paragraph 2 of the original notification. This proviso extends the due date for submitting the statement of self-assessed tax payments in FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter from April to June 2019 to July 31, 2019. The amendment was authorized by the Governor of Mizoram following recommendations from the Council.
