of <h1>Mizoram Govt Amends GST Notification, Extends Date from August to November 2019 u/s 164.</h1> The Government of Mizoram, exercising its authority under section 164 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 22/2019-State Tax dated May 9, 2019. The amendment, made in public interest and upon the Council's recommendation, changes the date in the original notification from '21st day of August, 2019' to '21st day of November, 2019.' This amendment was issued under Notification No. 36 of 2019-State Tax on August 28, 2019. The principal notification had previously been amended by Notification No. 25/2019-State Tax on July 2, 2019.
