of <h1>Mizoram exempts filing FORM ITC-04 for 2017-19, but requires reporting unreturned goods by June 2019 u/r 45(3).</h1> The Government of Mizoram, under the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification exempting registered persons from filing FORM ITC-04 for the fiscal years 2017-18 and 2018-19. This exemption applies to those required to furnish challan details under rule 45(3) of the Mizoram GST Rules. However, these persons must report challans for goods dispatched to job workers during July 2017 to March 2019 but not returned or supplied by March 31, 2019, in FORM ITC-04 for the April-June 2019 quarter.
