of <h1>Goa GST Rules Amended: New Composition Levy Rates for Manufacturers and Suppliers u/s 10 Effective April 2020.</h1> The Government of Goa has issued the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2020, effective from April 1, 2020. This amendment modifies Rule 7 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, by updating the table that specifies the tax rates for different categories of registered persons opting for composition levy under section 10 of the Goa GST Act, 2017. The rates are set at half a percent for manufacturers and other eligible suppliers, two and a half percent for certain suppliers, and three percent for those eligible under subsection (2A) of section 10.
