of <h1>Tamil Nadu GST Rule 67A: Submit NIL GSTR-3B Returns via SMS from June 8, 2020.</h1> The notification issued by the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, announces the implementation of Rule 67A, which allows for the submission of a NIL return in FORM GSTR-3B via SMS. The Governor of Tamil Nadu has designated June 8, 2020, as the effective date for these provisions. This notification, documented as GO. (MS) No. 90, is enacted under the powers conferred by section 164 of the Act and the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2020.
