of <h1>Goa Sets June 30, 2020, as Start Date for Sections 2 and 12 of GST Amendment Ordinance 2020.</h1> The Government of Goa has designated June 30, 2020, as the effective date for the implementation of sections 2 and 12 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020. This decision was made under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Ordinance No. 5 of 2020. The notification was issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control, and signed by the Under Secretary, Finance (R&C), on July 10, 2020.
