of <h1>Uttar Pradesh extends deadline for annual GST return submission u/s 44 for FY 2018-2019 to September 2020.</h1> The Commissioner of Commercial Tax in Uttar Pradesh has extended the deadline for submitting the annual return under section 44 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, as per rule 80 of the associated rules. This extension applies to the financial year 2018-2019, allowing submissions to be made electronically through the common portal until September 2020. This notification supersedes a previous one dated March 24, 2020, except for actions already completed under the earlier notification.
