of <h1>Meghalaya Extends GSTR-1 Deadline for Turnovers Over 1.5 Crore from April to September 2020; New Due Date on 11th.</h1> The Government of Meghalaya has extended the deadline for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees in the previous or current financial year to submit FORM GSTR-1. This extension applies to the months from April 2020 to September 2020, with the new due date set for the eleventh day of the month following each respective month. The notification, issued under the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, also indicates that the deadline for furnishing details or returns under Section 38 for the same period will be announced later.
