of <h1>Rajasthan Appoints Chief Commissioner of State Tax as Revisional Authority Under GST Act, Empowered by Section 108.</h1> The State Government of Rajasthan has appointed the Chief Commissioner of State Tax as the Revisional Authority under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This appointment is made under the authority of clause (99) of section 2 and sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act. The Revisional Authority is empowered to revise decisions or orders as specified in section 108 of the Act. This notification was issued by the Finance Department (Tax Division) on June 26, 2020, and is authorized by the Governor's order.
