of <h1>Rajasthan Extends Deadline for GST Refund Order Issuance u/s 54(7) Due to COVID-19 Impact.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has extended the time limit for issuing orders under section 54(7) of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This extension applies to cases where a notice for rejection of a refund claim has been issued, and the original deadline for issuing the order falls between March 20, 2020, and June 29, 2020. The new deadline is fifteen days after receiving a reply to the notice from the registered person or June 30, 2020, whichever is later. This notification is effective from March 20, 2020.
