of <h1>New Exchange Rates for Foreign Currencies to Indian Rupees Set by Customs, Effective July 3, 2020.</h1> Notification No. 55/2020-Customs (N.T.), issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs on July 2, 2020, determines the exchange rates for converting specified foreign currencies into Indian rupees for imported and exported goods, effective from July 3, 2020. The rates are listed in two schedules: Schedule I provides rates for individual foreign currency units, while Schedule II lists rates for 100 units of currency. This notification supersedes Notification No. 53/2020-Customs (N.T.) dated June 18, 2020, except for actions taken or omitted before the supersession.
