<h1>Jharkhand GST Act Update: Submit FORM GST CMP-08 by July 7, 2020, and FORM GSTR-4 by July 15, 2020.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand, under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 21/2019-State Tax. The amendment mandates that individuals must submit a statement detailing self-assessed tax payments in FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter ending March 31, 2020, by July 7, 2020. Additionally, they must file the return in FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year ending March 31, 2020, by July 15, 2020. This notification is effective from April 3, 2020, as ordered by the Secretary of the Commercial Taxes Department.
