of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Amends GST Deadlines: Submit FORM GST CMP-08 by July 7, 2020, and GSTR-4 by July 15, 2020.</h1> The notification from the Excise and Taxation Department of Himachal Pradesh amends a previous notification No. 21/2019-State Tax, issued on May 30, 2019. Under the authority of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Governor, following the Council's recommendations, introduces two amendments. First, individuals must submit a statement detailing self-assessed tax payments in FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter ending March 31, 2020, by July 7, 2020. Second, they must file the return in FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year ending March 31, 2020, by July 15, 2020.
