Extension of Annual Return deadline under GST Act allows filing for 2018-2019 until end of June. The Commissioner, under the statutory power in section 44 read with rule 80 and on the Council's recommendation, extends the time for furnishing the annual return for financial year 2018-2019 to 30 06 2020; the return must be furnished electronically through the common portal as specified in Notification No. 15/2020 State Tax dated 23 June 2020.
