of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Notifies E-Invoice Mandate for Businesses with Turnover Over Rs. 100 Crore, Effective October 1, 2020.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department issued Notification No. 13/2020-State Tax on June 23, 2020, under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This notification supersedes the previous Notification No. 70/2019-State Tax dated December 31, 2019. It mandates that registered persons, excluding those specified in certain sub-rules of rule 54, with an annual turnover exceeding one hundred crore rupees, must prepare invoices and other required documents per sub-rule (4) of rule 48. This requirement applies to the supply of goods or services to registered persons and takes effect on October 1, 2020.
