of <h1>Manipur Government Waives Late Fees for GSTR-4 Returns Filed Late for July 2017 to September 2018 Quarters.</h1> The Government of Manipur has issued an amendment to Notification No. 20/2017-State Tax, dated December 29, 2017, under the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from December 31, 2018, waives the late fee under section 47 for registered persons who did not submit the FORM GSTR-4 returns for the quarters from July 2017 to September 2018 by the due date, provided they submit the returns between December 22, 2018, and March 31, 2019.
