of <h1>Tamil Nadu Implements GST Fourth Amendment Rules 2019, Effective April 2020, u/s 164 of GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Tamil Nadu, through the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department, has announced the enforcement of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019. Exercising authority under section 164 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the provisions of these rules, initially published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette on June 28, 2019, are set to take effect from April 21, 2020. The notification is issued by the Principal Secretary to the Government.
