of <h1>Uttarakhand Sets April 21, 2020, as Start Date for Rule 25 of SGST Rules u/s 164.</h1> The Government of Uttarakhand, through a notification dated June 4, 2020, has appointed April 21, 2020, as the effective date for the enactment of Rule 25 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (SGST) Rules. This decision is made under the authority of Section 164 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, in conjunction with Rule 9(c) and Rule 25 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019. The enactment aims to address public interest considerations as determined by the state government.
