of <h1>Mizoram extends FORM GSTR-3B deadline to December 31, 2018, for returns from July 2017 to November 2018.</h1> The Government of Mizoram's Taxation Department issued Notification No. 46/2018, extending the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-3B under the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment applies to taxpayers with a GST Identification Number as per notification No. 31/2018, requiring them to file returns for the period from July 2017 to November 2018. These returns must be submitted electronically via the common portal by December 31, 2018. This extension is enacted under the authority granted by section 168 of the Mizoram GST Act and rule 61 of the Mizoram GST Rules.
