of <h1>Goa extends GST compliance deadlines to June 30, 2020, and e-way bills to April 30, 2020, u/s 168A.</h1> The Government of Goa, exercising powers under section 168A of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, extends the deadline for compliance or completion of actions under the Act due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Deadlines falling between March 20, 2020, and June 29, 2020, are extended to June 30, 2020, except for specific provisions listed. Additionally, e-way bills expiring between March 20, 2020, and April 15, 2020, are extended to April 30, 2020. This notification is effective from March 20, 2020.
