of <h1>Chhattisgarh Extends GST Deadlines: FORM GST CMP-08 Due July 7, 2020, FORM GSTR-4 Due July 15, 2020.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued Notification No. 34/2020 to extend deadlines under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The due date for submitting FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter ending March 31, 2020, is extended to July 7, 2020. Additionally, the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year ending March 31, 2020, is extended to July 15, 2020. These extensions are made under the powers conferred by section 148 of the Act, following recommendations from the Council, and amend a previous notification dated April 23, 2019.
