of <h1>Chhattisgarh GST Act: Late Fee Waiver for Delayed GSTR-1 Filing for March-May 2020, Submit by June 30, 2020.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh, under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification to waive the late fee for registered persons who delayed submitting their outward supply details in FORM GSTR-1 for the tax periods of March, April, and May 2020. This waiver applies if the details are submitted by June 30, 2020. This amendment is made to the earlier notification dated January 24, 2018, and is aimed at providing relief to taxpayers during the specified periods.
