of <h1>Tamil Nadu Forms State Level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering under GST Act 2017, Replacing 2019 Notification.</h1> The notification supersedes the previous notification dated 10th September 2019 and establishes a State Level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering in Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This committee is constituted by the Governor of Tamil Nadu and includes the Joint Commissioner (State Tax), Enforcement-I, Chennai, and the Principal Commissioner, GST, Chennai North Commissionerate, Chennai, as its members. The notification is issued by the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department, as authorized by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
